See How Your Treatment Is Working
Track Your Sleep Without Going Back to CPAP
Switching from CPAP can bring up an important question: how do you know your new treatment is helping? The OAT Oximeter gives you nightly feedback so you can feel more confident in your oral appliance therapy.
Track oxygen levels, heart rate, wear time, and sleep quality while you sleep. Then review your results in the app each morning to get a clearer picture of how your treatment is working over time.
Monitor Oxygen Levels
See how your breathing holds up overnight with oxygen tracking built into your therapy.
Track Heart Rate
Review nightly pulse data for more insight into how your body responds during sleep.
Review Sleep Progress
Check total sleep time, wear time, and sleep scores so you can stay informed and consistent.
View Results in the App
Sync your data with the Oxymetrx app and review your sleep information each morning.
No Mask. No Hose. No Machine.
A Simpler Way to Treat Sleep Apnea Every Night
“I’m tired of sleeping with a mask on my face.”
A custom oral appliance fits inside your mouth like a retainer, so you can treat sleep apnea without face gear, head straps, or mask leaks.
“The hose gets in the way every time I move.”
Oral appliance therapy uses no hose, tubing, or bedside machine, giving you more freedom to change positions while you sleep.
“The air pressure makes it hard for me to fall asleep.”
Instead of using forced air, a custom oral appliance gently positions your jaw forward to help keep your airway open through the night.
“I’m frustrated by all the cleaning and supplies.”
A custom oral appliance is smaller and simpler to maintain, with no filters, hoses, water chambers, or replacement masks to manage.
“I know I need treatment, but I just can’t stick with CPAP.”
Treatment only works when you can use it consistently. A custom oral appliance can make sleep apnea care feel simpler, quieter, and easier to keep using.
The Most Convenient Sleep Apnea Treatment for Travel
CPAP can make travel feel complicated
Traveling with CPAP can mean packing the machine, hose, mask, power cords, water chamber, and extra supplies. Even at home, the equipment can take up space and make your sleep routine feel more complicated than it should.
Keep sleep apnea care simple on the go
Your oral appliance fits in a small protective case and travels easily. Use it at home, on vacation, or during work trips without needing an outlet, bedside setup, water chamber, or extra equipment.

Sleep More Quietly and Comfortably
CPAP can disrupt sleep with noise, leaks, and pressure
CPAP airflow, machine noise, mask leaks, and pressure changes can make it harder to fall asleep or stay asleep. It can also affect the person sleeping next to you, especially if the sound or airflow interrupts their rest.
Support your airway without forced air
Oral Appliance Therapy has no motor, no tubing, and no forced air. The device gently positions your lower jaw forward to help keep your airway open, giving you a quieter and more natural sleep experience.
Sleep Apnea Treatment Without CPAP
Help Keep Your Airway Open While You Sleep
Oral Appliance Therapy treats obstructive sleep apnea and snoring with a custom-fit device worn inside your mouth while you sleep. Instead of relying on a mask, hose, or machine, the appliance gently positions your lower jaw forward to help reduce airway collapse at the back of the throat and base of the tongue.
With a custom oral appliance, sleep apnea treatment can feel simpler, quieter, and easier to use consistently. If CPAP has not worked for you, our team can help you move forward with an oral appliance built for comfort, simplicity, and nightly use.

Affordable Options
Use Your Insurance for Oral Appliance Therapy
Most medical insurance plans help cover Oral Appliance Therapy. Our team can help you understand your benefits, review your next steps, and move forward with treatment. We also work with Medicare, TRICARE, and Veterans plans.
Three Easy Steps
Start Sleeping Without the CPAP Setup
We make the process clear, guided, and built around your comfort from the first conversation to your custom appliance.
Step 1. Start With Your Sleep History
- Tell us what has not worked with CPAP.
- Bring your sleep test results or let us help you schedule testing if needed.
- We coordinate with a board certified sleep physician when evaluation, a Letter of Medical Necessity, or a prescription is needed.
- We measure your jaw mobility and digitally scan your teeth for a custom oral appliance.
Step 2. Get a Custom-Fit Appliance
Your Oral Appliance Therapy device is custom fabricated by our lab in approximately 3 to 5 weeks. Most medical insurance plans can help cover the cost, and low monthly payment options may also be available.
Step 3. Wear It While You Sleep
Place your oral appliance before bed and sleep without the CPAP setup. The device gently supports your jaw position to help keep your airway open and reduce the collapse that contributes to sleep apnea symptoms.
A Note From Our Founder
Hi, I’m Dr. Kelly Standish-Mayo
If CPAP has been difficult for you, that does not mean sleep apnea treatment cannot work for you. Many patients come to us after struggling with the mask, air pressure, machine noise, cleaning routine, or travel inconvenience. They know they need treatment, but they need an option that feels more realistic to use every night.
Our goal is to help you find a treatment path that supports your airway, fits your routine, and helps you stay consistent with care. Oral Appliance Therapy provides a quieter, more comfortable way to treat sleep apnea without a mask, hose, or machine.
If you are not sleeping soundly, snore regularly, or are not using your CPAP consistently, we can help you take the next step with oral appliance therapy.
