From Dr. Kelly
The Sleep Apnea Solution My Patients Needed
After seeing how many people struggle with CPAP, I decided to offer a simpler, more comfortable alternative using a small, custom oral appliance.
For years, I heard story after story from patients frustrated by CPAP. They talked about the noise, the discomfort, the travel hassles, and how often they just stopped using it altogether. That’s why I was so relieved to discover this custom oral appliance. It’s a quiet, comfortable way to treat sleep apnea, and the results I’ve seen have been life-changing.
Why CPAP Didn’t Work
Most of My Patients Struggled With CPAP
Many of the patients who came to me had already tried CPAP. They were doing their best to follow the rules but felt worn down and discouraged. They told me about the noise, the air pressure, the mask lines on their face, and how it disrupted their sleep instead of improving it. Some gave up after just a few weeks. Others kept trying for years but still woke up tired. They weren’t the problem. The treatment just wasn’t working for them.

Three easy steps
How It Works
Step 1. Measure
We’ll begin with a consultation where I’ll review your sleep study results, or help you get one completed from home. I make sure every patient’s results are evaluated by a board-certified sleep physician, and if needed, I’ll help you get the prescription and Letter of Medical Necessity required for treatment. I’ll also check the movement of your jaw and take a digital scan of your teeth so we can create a device that fits you perfectly.
Step 2. Make
Once I have your scans and paperwork, I’ll send everything to the lab to fabricate your oral appliance. It usually takes about 3 to 5 weeks. Most medical insurance plans help cover the cost, but if you’re not using insurance, I offer 0% financing with low monthly payments to keep it affordable.
Step 3. Sleep Better
When your device is ready, I’ll make sure it fits comfortably and show you exactly how to use it. You’ll wear it while you sleep, and it will gently move your jaw forward to keep your airway open. For many of my patients, this is the first time they wake up feeling clear-headed, rested, and hopeful again.
